I work from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday. I do not stay after hours. I do not work on weekends. During working hours, I am available by phone and email at all times. I respect your time very much – please respect mine as well.
Yes, you will receive an invoice from me for the service provided as part of my business activity.
There is no universal price list. The cost depends on many factors and the scope of the service. The cost of architectural visualisation differs from the cost of interior or product visualisation. The complexity of the 3D visualisation is also important. Providing a price range is completely inaccurate and pointless. In order to receive a detailed quote, please send me the materials, the scope of work to be performed and your expectations. If you are unsure, please contact me. We will discuss your needs, select the appropriate scope of work and prepare an offer for you.
The start date for work and the completion of 3D visualisations depends on my current schedule. The completion date depends on the scope of work to be performed. Both dates are set individually. Sometimes, the agreed start date may be brought forward, depending on the progress of current orders. It is never extended, unless there are unforeseen circumstances beyond my control. You will be kept informed of all deadlines and changes.
As result of the 3D visualisation service, you will receive graphic files ready for use on your website, in sales offers, on social media and elsewhere. The graphics are adjusted in terms of resolution to their intended use – website, social media, banner printing. As part of the premises card implementation, you will also receive a PDF document. As part of the 3D animation, you will receive a video from me. As part of the virtual tour, you will receive a link to the tour and a special code allowing you to embed the tour on your website.
The cooperation is carried out in stages. First, after receiving the materials, I prepare an offer. Once it is accepted, we set the start and end dates for the work. A 50% deposit is required to commence work. The remaining amount is payable within 3 days of the completion of the work and the issuance of the invoice. The course of the work is individual and varies depending on the service. Ask for a quote, and along with the quote, you will receive a PDF from me with a diagram of the course of the work and detailed information.
Although AI is increasingly used in our lives, the 3D visualisations in my offer are not generated by AI. Each visualisation is a process carried out 100% individually in 2D and 3D graphics programmes. This allows for full control at every stage of the work and 100% accuracy in the reproduction of 3D models of the subject being developed, without the random elements that characterise AI-generated visualisations.
