The apartment card is one of the basic marketing elements when selling real estate. It is an excellent way to provide the customer with all the information necessary to familiarise themselves with the property they are purchasing in a clear and legible form.

In the centre of the apartment card, there is a 3D or 2D floor plan of the property. It plays a key visual role, so it is worth creating high-quality graphics.

Additional information that should be included on the property card includes the name of the development, the area of the property being sold, the areas of individual rooms, and the location. It is also worth including the development's logo and highlighting its greatest advantages. 

Architectural visualisations of the property being sold are also often included. This allows customers to see what kind of building they will be living in and what they can expect.

The apartment cards I create are characterised primarily by their high aesthetic value and clarity of information. This is extremely important, as customers should not be overwhelmed by an excess of information presented in a chaotic manner.

The whole thing should be properly balanced so that it fulfils its role as well as possible.
