Some people have well-developed spatial imagination. Unfortunately, not everyone has this advantage. For these people, 3D projections come to the rescue.

A 3D floor plan can depict a single room, a single flat, or an entire floor of a building. The latter two are the most common forms.

It is a great alternative to interior visualisation. It can also successfully complement it.

Although 3D floor plans are similar to interior visualisations, they serve a slightly different purpose. They are designed to present a larger area at the same time. They are a much more aesthetic, eye-catching and legible equivalent of design projections.

When creating 3D floor plans, I make sure that the space depicted in the 3D floor plan is arranged in a very aesthetic but also functional way. I adhere to the actual dimensions of furniture and equipment. Otherwise, the customer will be misled, which should not happen.
